The purpose of a neighborhood precautionary inspection is a preventive measure to assess the stability and condition of buildings near a particular construction or renovation project (which can involve houses, buildings, or individual apartments), aiming to protect everyone involved in the construction process. Therefore, it serves to record the condition of the property on the inspection date, preventing conflicts between the builder and their neighbors.
This service complies with NBR 12.722 “Discrimination of services for building construction – Procedure” and the Neighborhood Inspection standard of Ibape-National, being legally mandatory.
