Construction Audit

Construction auditing is a technical service aimed at verifying the quality of the executive services performed on a construction site. It involves checking for inconsistencies with projects, standards, and good construction practices; as well as the presence of anomalies and pathological manifestations caused by execution and design errors.

This service can be contracted during the construction process or upon its completion. It is a common solution for projects interrupted before completion, to evaluate the partially delivered services and allow the termination of the contract between the owner and the builder. Additionally, it can be contracted for any type of building, including commercial and residential buildings, shops, houses, warehouses, factories, hospitals, among others.
