We carry out our work with impartiality and absolute reliability, based on the Brazilian Technical Standards (NBRs) from ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards) and IBAPE (Brazilian Institute of Engineering Appraisals and Expert Reports), as well as field and laboratory tests. We serve construction companies, developers, condominiums, lawyers, businesses, and end consumers.

Henrique Bosco
Civil Engineer and Founding Partner
With over 9 years of experience in the field, Henrique Bosco is a civil engineer, having partially studied at Indiana State University – USA. He has specializations in sales, management, and diagnostic engineering. An entrepreneur and founding partner of two companies in the civil engineering sector, he is also a professor in six postgraduate courses in the area. Henrique is the creator of the “Decole” Method in Diagnostic Engineering, which currently trains the best and most complete diagnostic engineering professionals in Brazil.
Aiming to support and solve problems for construction companies, developers, lawyers, condominiums, businesses, and end consumers, Henrique founded HB Laudos e Perícias. The company was established and developed to provide personalized customer service, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction by achieving results. This is done through a team of professionals with extensive experience in the technical, legal, and administrative areas of civil engineering, working in expert reports, diagnostic engineering, and engineering consulting.
